For over 20 years I can say I have a guy! Yes, that does sound gay in my mind but, Jim nor I shall we say goes that way. I have always thought myself as handy but certain  areas I just lack the right skills. Specifically heating and air conditioning and electrical are where my skills are lacking.

I think we first met when my air conditioning broke at our old home. Somehow I found Jim and all these years I have never called anyone else. Jim is the most knowledgeable HVAC guy I have ever met and I have met quite a few through my hotels where the need comes up often for repair. I have recommended him to numerous people and companies and every time that Jim was chosen for the job he did a great job and when it was done it was done right. You can’t say that about a lot of people.

Knowing someone for over 20 years you get to know them a little deeper than most people. Both of us have shared our ups and downs in life with each other and I swear to you that I know if I need him in a hurry he’d be there when I needed him. How many friends do we have that we can say that about them.
